 The Stained Glass Windows of Our Lady of Peace Because this is Our Lady of Peace Church, it is to her that the facade window is dedicated. The central figure is a quiet and benign Mary. The Dove of Peace, with olive branches in his beak, nestles in her gentle hands, signifying Mary, Our Protectress of Peace. Surrounding her are uplifted wing forms interspersed with olive branches. These remind us that wherever she is, her world is a peaceful one. It is a prayerful hope that humanity will experience her world. In color, the window is a joyous blend of whites, lemons, golds, olives and aquas.
